The GP series gear pumps pull more fluid, faster, over greater distances and are designed for larger boats, including commercial vessels. They are available in several configurations and can handle up to 8 valves.

The Separ 2000 is designed to meet the performance expectations of next-generation diesel engines, in applications as demanding as those of the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard. A five-stage separation process removes 99.9% of water at maximum flow, and a built-in backflushing system reduces downtime and filter replacement requirements. Separ 2000 series is available with flow rates from 79 GPH to 2,060 GPH.

Acoustic Foam is an effective treatment for airborne noise. It is typically used as a composite, sandwiched on either side of a mass-loaded barrier layer. While it is often most effective in this combination, the foam itself also has acoustic blocking characteristics, and has been fine-tuned specially to attenuate the sounds from machinery, like engines, generators and other marine equipment.

The most effective noise reduction step you can take for engine noise is to examine and upgrade your mounting system. Choosing the right mount requires you to consider the size of the vessel, the horsepower and weight of the engine, the length of the drive shaft, and the angles and torques involved in your specific vessel.
